I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The haircut left visible scissor marks all over my hair, and it was completely uneven. It looked rushed and unprofessional, and I walked out feeling extremely disappointed. I would not recommend Belinda’s Hair Design to anyone looking for quality service.
