I never got to receive a service here actually as I set an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early only to find out that the stylist I was supposed to see was sick and had not called or texted to notify me. Her explanation about this later on was that "[she] did call and text everyone but I guess yours got overlooked." I Always have the best experience at Belinda's Spa. the person before me must be their competition because I NEVER have that type of experience. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. Yes their prices are a little higher than your average Asian shop but you always have clean implements you are NEVER rushed. This is not a place to go if you are looking for a rush pedicure like you would in most cheap unclean Asian shops. Not so recommendable – If I could give it no stars I would. My girlfriend went there with a gift card for a manicure and pedicure for 50.00. A sign at the entrance had the price of 40.00 for both. The owner, upon leaving said she owed 15.00, 20 for the manicure and 45 for the pedicure. The deal apparently did not apply because she was not a walk in. She said the customer service was horrible as well. These kind of people deserve bad reviews.
