I was really struggling with my anxiety before I started seeing Belinda, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. I thought I knew what my issues were (I was wrong), and she helped me recognize and unpack my completely dysregulated nervous system to get my life back on track. A lifetime of thank yous!!!

I’ve been speaking with Belinda for almost four years. She’s very understanding and helpful with insights of the mind and body. Brings awareness of mental health issues and also keeps track of progress along the years. I feel so comfortable speaking with her, she’s very family oriented and even does great with young children!
