We traveled from out of town for our daughter's college graduation and stopped in to pick up a bouquet. The owner didn't offer much help or suggestions, so we picked an arrangement from the cooler. The price for the arrangement was overpriced, but we figured it included the vase. We asked to have the arrangement wrapped because we didn't want to walk into the ceremony facility holding a vase. I placed an order for a Friday same-day delivery to a friend in an office location, but unbeknownst to me, her office closed early that day and the flowers couldn't be delivered. Belinda called me to let me know, and also said that she'd ensure a fresh arrangement would be delivered the following Monday. Sure enough, they were and my friend was thrilled with the arrangement :-) Belinda, thank you for your proactive communication and for crafting a beautiful array of flowers. 5-star service all around!
