I’m so disappointed! I have ordered arrangements from this shop for years. I made an order on Thursday night to be delivered today. It was a valentine arrangement for my mom, she never received the arrangement. I called at 12:50 before them closing to ask what was going on with my order. I called more than 5 times they never answered the phone. Hopefully, the owner can refund the money back because I don’t need the arrangement for Monday.
