Dr. Brady is so cool! She is friendly, patient and relatable, and it's not hard to tell how knowledgable and passionate she is about holistic wellness! She gave me some great tips on some small changes I can make in my diet that make a huge difference in my energy and enthusiasm for tackling the day.
