Been going to Megan for about a year. I was satisfied until my recent appt. The door was locked with no note or text. When I reconnected and made the return trip, things did not go well. The cut was over very quickly. Shorter on top and longer on the bottom than I had requested. Overall, an erratic experience that left me feeling unheard, very rushed, and disappointed.
Megan can somehow read my mind! Megan always understands what I'm envisioning and never disappoints! Megan genuinely cares about her clients, and it's always a pleasure visiting with her while she works her magic!
My stylist, Liz B, is amazing. She's professional and also very friendly. She cut and styled my hair perfectly. The salon is clean and appears well organized.
Great service. Megan did an awesome job with a cut and color.
