Horrible company to its workers. Disrespectful and rude. I overheard how a young man was spoken to on his first day of work. He was told not to come back the next day. He asked too many questions and was called “incompetent” after a few hours in training. Poor young man was devastated. Poor leadership behavior.

Our live-in, KK, was phenomenal and I will miss her being around. Our night people were good...when they were awake. As for the agency...3/10, do not recommend. We had a bad experience with another agency so we knew exactly what we were looking for and made our expectations known. The owner came prepared with a lot of promises but they did not deliver. Believe Home Care has been excellent! Everyone was very accommodated with my needs for my uncle. The care givers always keep us posted on their daily visits, and if something arises that needs attention, we receive a phone call from the office. My uncle had long term health insurance and that was summited to insurance with no issues. Honestly that felt like family!
