We decided to sign on with Believe Home Care to care for my mom in her condo and it was certainly a wise decision. From start to end, Liz was able to guide us through the process of providing the best care plan for her. She is professional, positive, reassuring, and a "can do" person. Our aide from Believe Home Care was gentle, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was with us when our loved one passed and stayed for hours afterward, supporting us as we grieved, contacted hospice, and eventually the funeral home. Her presence brought such calm during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Meeting with Scott beforehand also gave us great confidence in our decision. I would highly recommend Believe, they assisted us for almost 5 weeks in the care of my Mother. We had one main caregiver who was EXCELLENT, she was very caring and kind. We had two other care givers who were also very good and attentive to my Mother's needs. Believe's administrators, Scott & Liz, were very helpful from day one of my reaching out to investigate their services.

Believe Home Care is very well run and helped us immensely. Scott gave us a lot of information before we even hired them. They then did a great job with my grandmother over the past 4 months and accomodated our many needs and an evolving schedule. Their careworkers were well trained on issues related to dementia. Best of all, the software they use for communication is a very helpful bonus. Thank you!

The staff was professional, compassionate and respectful. They took very good care of my father who enjoyed their company as well. They were always on time and made sure my father was showered dressed and ready for the day. I would recommend using Believe Home Care.
