I’ve been going to Christine for about a year due to having plantar fasciitis. The sessions have relieved my foot pain, but reflexology has been so beneficial to my overall well being. It is truly my favorite hour of the month. Believe Holistic Wellness offers a relaxing atmosphere that I just love.
I had never tried reflexology before coming to Christine. I was hoping to find relief from plantar fasciitis and she has helped so much with my foot pain. I was pleasantly surprised to find that she also helps with my lower back pain, neck and shoulder tightness and anxiety.
