The sales pitch to "win my business" needs some work. Offering a coupon card to save a few dollars on regular maintenance sounds great, until the need to purchase the card is discussed. I would suggest offering the coupons to get customers in the door, then earn their business by excellent service. Showing up at my door on a Sunday afternoon looking for money is the easiest way to "lose my business"
