We love the ice cream, and when the owner was there service was great. Today, however, we arrived at 12:55, not realizing that they didn’t open until 1pm. The young man in charge arrived just before 1, and entered. 10 minutes later, after struggling with the lock, he opened up the doors to customers. When told that customers, had been lost — at least 2 people had decided not to wait — he just shrugged. He didn’t care. Another 5 minutes, and he was ready to serve customers.
