Since taking over the Rush Creek Apt buildings, Belgard has NOT been prepared to manage effectively. If you aren't fully staffed in terms of janitorial or maintenance teams first, then don't purchase a property until you are. The property has quickly gone down hill because of this. However, the property manager has been very effective and addresses issues brought to her attention. On the other hand, the leasing agent never extends herself in resolution or pleasantries. A lot of people miss the gals from the prior company who... read more
