Had a water loss at my house, called Lauren and she picked up immediately and had a team at my house within 30 min. Jarrod was the coordinator and then Cody and Jarad got the water cleaned up, machines on and saved a ton of flooring in the process. They even went under my house to make sure everything was accounted for. They went out of their way to make sure we could still be in the house and comfortable through the process. Highly professional and responsive and highly recommend
Horrible experience with a Belfor driver in a van with plates 523 PP* on route 26 from Portland to Beaverton. The driver sped up, brakes hard and tailgate numerous drivers amidst a backed up evening commute today. I hope the company will prioritize safe driving practices and implement checks and balances. We were all stuck and had somewhere to go, and no one needed the extra aggravation.
BELFOR of Willamette Valley knocked it out of the park for my elderly mother in law. She was naturally very stressed out when she found water pouring from the lights in her living room from puncture in her roof. From Jarrod and his mitigation team, to Ricky and Kevin and their repair team, everyone was great to work with. The roof looks great and the living room ceiling looks as though it never had a huge hole in it. Thanks guys.
Terrible experience working with this company. The PM was non-responsive, did not coordinate the work, nor did they follow up with me to make sure all work was completed satisfactorily. I was finally contacted by Belfor about 2 months after work was completed asking if the work was done yet. Then they tried to bill me for work that had never been completed. I highly recommend finding another contractor.
They were rude and didn't do one thing we asked there was a point in time when they saw my dog and refused to work and left for 2 weeks they didn't even ask us to put her away they just saw her and left and said if our dogs here she needs to be gone she wasn't barking she's not aggressive in n e ways and they were incredibly rude I believe cause they thought my cousin and uncle was a drug addict or something IV never met a company with such incompetent and rude employees
