Terrible experience working with this company. The PM was non-responsive, did not coordinate the work, nor did they follow up with me to make sure all work was completed satisfactorily. I was finally contacted by Belfor about 2 months after work was completed asking if the work was done yet. Then they tried to bill me for work that had never been completed. I highly recommend finding another contractor.
They were rude and didn't do one thing we asked there was a point in time when they saw my dog and refused to work and left for 2 weeks they didn't even ask us to put her away they just saw her and left and said if our dogs here she needs to be gone she wasn't barking she's not aggressive in n e ways and they were incredibly rude I believe cause they thought my cousin and uncle was a drug addict or something IV never met a company with such incompetent and rude employees
The restoration work was done professionally and the clean up was good.
I had an incredibly positive experience working Will Mitchell from Belfor. He was respectful, professional, attentive to details and did everything in his capacity to complete our project in a satisfactory manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
The project manager was always helpful and available to answer questions. All of the people who came to work were professional and did a great job.
