Much was promised at the beginning of the restoration that didn’t come to fruition because of management change. That was very disappointing.
Billed for work they did not do.There a mess and they did nothing but miss lead and lie over and over
Overrcharged, damaged property, attempted to bully into signing nondisparagement agreement to resolve issue, took a lawyer and hours of frustration to finally be done with them.
My home insurance provider brings BELFOR to my home to work on restoring my house after a fire. Big mistake! Even if is recommended and they promises the world don’t trust this company. And if you do; on the first lie or mistake discontinue any future work. They don’t care how work is complete and they don’t warranty their final job. They hire cheap labor and charge a lot. -For example my tub was install without any support and is crack cause of it. We had some minor damage (a small 3' x 5' patch of drywall, the platform under the water heater and a dryer duct disconnection) due to a water leak in the garage near the furnace and water heater. The emergency crew came out right away and set up fans and cleaned up the mess in the crawl space. After that it has been a fiasco. There was a period of three weeks without any work getting done.
