Very poor Communication with the owner. Normally, we don’t know until that day if someone is gonna be working in the house. I also wish I would’ve stuck with my instinct and went with Paul Davis. If there is any change orders done on your house as simple as changing from my 5 foot sliding door to a 6 foot sliding door. I had a 30+ percent up charge on the sliding door. I can’t wait till this job is over. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m still waiting on a phone call from Wilson.

So pleased with the efficiency and thoroghness that Gage and Junior excercised while dealing with a really nasty situatiion. Communications and follow ups, arrival times were always on time. So appreciate that when coordinating multiple entities to be on site. Thank you
Avoid using this company. If you don't rest assured they will avoid you. Terrible work no communication and terrible final product.
Much was promised at the beginning of the restoration that didn’t come to fruition because of management change. That was very disappointing.
