I wish to commend both Luis Lopez, Estimator/Project Manager as well as his crew at Belfor. My 2 year old condominium sustained water damage within its walls due to an apparent appliance malfunction (washing machine) of my neighbor. Belfor was contacted to do the water mitigation by our condominium association president (having had a relative who had used Belfor in the past). It was a pleasure to work with Belfor Restoration Company. In particular, the Estimator/ Project Manager, Mr. Luis Lopez. Under his guidance, team leader Rod and his excellent crew worked hard to fix what seemed a dire situation…… a leak from the apartment above that had pretty much ruined our ceiling and walls in two rooms. And one of the rooms was the utility room! Thankfully, the whole process was trouble free - especially since we weren’t in town at that time and needed the help of people who were trustworthy, would take... read more

Luis and his team were amazing! They cleaned up and restored my basement after 3 consecutive floods. Very professional and clean and responsive and respectful!! Definitely recommend them!
