I was the general contractor who brought Belfor (West Columbia Office) to my customer's job. I've been a licensed general contractor in South Carolina for nearly 30 years & in the building industry for over 45 & this is the worst company I have ever used during all this time. They handled this job very unprofessionally from the beginning right up until the end. I contacted Belfor Property Restoration for the first time in 2021 after my tenants set my garage on fire and almost burned down my house. Blake and the rest of the employees at Belfor took VERY GOOD care of me during that very stressful time. Fast forward to 2025, I'm in the process of selling my rental property when the inspection report showed a few items of concern.
