BELFOR was recommended to us by USAA, and the experience was a disaster from start. We had an emergency, and they canceled and rescheduled us the first time. Every time we asked a legitimate question like whether something was approved by insurance for work they suppose to do, they threatened to cancel the appointment and “pull the crew.” The crew showed up on a day they were supposed to mitigate and remove affected areas, only to tell us part of the work wasn’t approved as the crew was coming in, so there was no point in th... read more
Did good work. They were on time every day. In the stressful time of dealing with a home restoration after a flood, they were great to work with.
Really happy with all the work we have involved Belfor with on our property. Blake, Kara, Michael and the team are honest, straightforward, and will deliver on what they say. In today’s world, that is truly hard to find. Really appreciate Belfor and would recommend them to everyone!
