My wife and I came home to a flooded house after vacation back in April. Belfor was referred to us by our insurance company. Jerry the project manager was very friendly, communicative and he set up his best team for us, gave us a time frame from start to complete which we were happy about. The restoration was terrible TIMING. It took 3 1/2 months to put cabinets DOORS together and simple white painting. The work took DAYS just TO PUT hinges on the cabinet. Feel like they took advantage of the situation because we were so nice. We overheard the manager and the worker in our home get into an argument over the phone so we knew somewhere there was tension and slacking with the workers. Our opinion they all need to come together and work better as a team.

My condo was damaged by a large fire that displaced me from my home for 15 months. Luckily, my home insurance assigned Belfor to the task. Throughout the long ordeal, Jerry Randrup and his team were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and kind.
