We are deeply saddened by the quality (lack thereof) of the work performed at the Village in Lodi CA (a day program for adults with special needs). On more than one occasion, we drove by and observed people working with no PPE, containment barriers down, etc. Our son has mycotoxins in his system because of the mold and will not return as we lack confidence the problem was remediated appropriately.
The BELFOR crew was great. They came in started removing the water, then set dryers and humidifiers. They also started removing some of the baseboards and drywall. Long story short, they cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. The hardest part was moving all the furniture out of the way. I would recommend them to anyone.
Beware!! Notice the mini vodka bottle in the front of the photo on the lawn. Zoom in. Started a job in May and procrastinated until Aug25 Liars I paid for a certain carpet and they installed a really cheap one and the painter painted walls different colors. Drinking vodka and using drugs in my bathroom threw a vodka bottle on my lawn. The job supervisors both lied to me. I had to go over everyone’s head to get things done. Please beware!!!!!!!! They cracked tile and would not admit it.
