While I was out of town, My bathroom sink sprung a leak and flooded my 800 square ft greatroom which included my kitchen,family room and the half bath that caused the problem. But for my neighbor happening to drop my mail off, my whole house would have been a total loss. She provided remedial first aid, shut the water off and vacuumed as much water as she was able to.
