I got my son seen here in July which was really good and now I need my daughter to be seen but I need to go to lagan valley as she can't be seen here yet my son was seen here on the 22nd July 2025??? Make it make sense. Either they don't have my new address down which they must have as I updated it everywhere 2 years ago when I moved into this house or they just don't have a clue? Receptionist was very rude. Never got a phone call either so will wait until Monday to bring her to her own GP

You’d be better off dying than trying to get help from these clowns. I had to phone yesterday at 12pm due to a literal blood clot that I needed checked out Hours upon hours went passed so I phoned again- turns out the woman on the phone took down the wrong number for the doc to phone me back, and the new agent then told me that I phoned the “wrong area” and I had to phone another one to get help. I havent had a solid address in a year so i havent had time to transfer my gp as it wasn't that important due to risk of homelessness. This ignorant man on the phone told me to transfer my GP and come back ? Excuse me it wasn't a problem before a few months back.. I have server tonsillitis right now and am in no state to travel 40 minutes to an out of hours where my gp is, i cannot breathe and just about talk. GET NEW STAFF
