I had a great first experience at this salon. Joe and his wife were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Joe was so patient and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I truly appreciated the care and attention he gave throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon!
Made an appointment for 1:30pm, left work early and got there at 1:15pm. When I arrived they told me I have to come back in an hour. Why make an appointment?! Why not call me to tell me they weren’t taking me at 1:30pm?! Makes no sense and was a complete waste of time. They were not friendly. Do not go to this salon!

The receptionist here was super rude her voice is also loud screechy and obnoxious. Her husband that did my extensions placed them in a rush and super uneven. It was so painful I had to get them removed right away somewhere else. He was also making inappropriate comments about my body my behind making me feel uncomfortable and washed my hair super rough.
