Made an appointment for 1:30pm, left work early and got there at 1:15pm. When I arrived they told me I have to come back in an hour. Why make an appointment?! Why not call me to tell me they weren’t taking me at 1:30pm?! Makes no sense and was a complete waste of time. They were not friendly. Do not go to this salon!

The receptionist here was super rude her voice is also loud screechy and obnoxious. Her husband that did my extensions placed them in a rush and super uneven. It was so painful I had to get them removed right away somewhere else. He was also making inappropriate comments about my body my behind making me feel uncomfortable and washed my hair super rough. I had such a wonderful experience at this hair salon! Joe is truly talented — he listens carefully, understands exactly what you want, and delivers beyond expectations.
