We have called Dream finders multiple times about our HVAC , it cannot meet set point on hot days. If it's 85 outside , we set the temp at 70 but it stays at 74 or 73. They have sent out the hvac techs who have commented that we should have 2 units , engineering and duct work is not correct. The issue has not been resolved and our warranty has ran out. So we have a half a million dollar house that cannot meet a reasonable temperature in the summer. I would suggest buying elsewhere as this company doesn't care about quality.
