I wish I could give a worse review than 1 star firstly no one should ever assume THEY KNOW how YOU want your nails! Ask! Secondly you can not fix taking off or over filing someone’s natural nails especially when you file them the wrong shape. Lastly, if you are repeatedly asked to stop filing please stop filing. You made the error, you should take accountability and if you can’t do something right don’t do it and don’t charge anyone for your mishaps!
