Writing this to remind myself never to come to this office again. This is the second time I’ve sat in the waiting room for an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The first time in fact it was around 1h40m wait! I walked in at the same time as someone who was also scheduled to see the same doctor at the same time. Entire waiting room is filled with patients waiting. Pretty sure they double and triple book. They have no respect for your time whatsoever. Dr. Steven Beldner is a top notch orthopedic surgeon. Twenty five years ago (2000), he performed surgery on my right wrist to remove several bones that were dislocated due to an injury I received 10 years earlier. I originally was misdiagnosed by a hospital doctor in my area and lived all those years with dislocated bones in my right wrist which led to carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and severe pain. He did unnecessary surgery on me, making the problem permanently worse, then said "you can live with that". I don't think he has realized yet that how you treat others in life determines where you go when it's over.
If there are rates below one star I would rate them by ! That is the worse medical facility I’ve been ever been in my life. I had a fracture in my hand, and my appointment was on Aug 2024 and out of the sudden on May 21st, 2024 I’ve received a call for the facility asking me to come at 1:30 pm, I told him I’m the phone can you push it to 2 pm because it would take at least 2 hrs of driving but he said that’s fine if you are running late 15-20 mins .
