If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is unprofessional. My mother who’s an elderly woman fractured her wrist and was in extreme pain obviously. Trying to avoid the ER becaue we all k ow how that goes and she would have been referred to an orthopedic doctor, my sister was proactive and made an appointment. I might not have been able to easily type out this very review, were it not for Dr. Beldner! After breaking the wrist of my Dominant hand, and then being in a cast (just past my elbow) for six weeks, once my cast was removed, I was having more and more concerns about my ability to fully recover. Mind you, my cast had been put on, and I'd had a few follow-up appointments, with an entirely different orthopedist/practice...a practice about which I'd been having some concerns, the entire time.... On both visits to Northwell I arrived on time and was made to wait over an hour in the lobby, and then an additional 30+ minutes in the patient room, without any communication. The X-ray technicians and intake nurse were lovely and professional. This complaint is only in regard to Dr. Beldner. I have never had such an unprofessional doctor. Dr. Beldner, on both visits, gave me unsolicited political lectures on how the government works and went on bizarre tangents about how people around the country are putting bullets in doc... read more

Writing this to remind myself never to come to this office again. This is the second time I’ve sat in the waiting room for an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The first time in fact it was around 1h40m wait! I walked in at the same time as someone who was also scheduled to see the same doctor at the same time. Entire waiting room is filled with patients waiting. Pretty sure they double and triple book. They have no respect for your time whatsoever.
