Building was purchased while I lived here - long term residents were all priced out, constant renovations occurring, and management is cruel to residents (including name calling). Rent increase letters were not sent out, as verbally confirmed to me by management, but we were emailed back dated letters claiming we just hadn’t seen the mail. Avoid !!
I lived here for over 10 years and we had a wonderful community before the building was sold. This is a 100 year old building, with a history of massive, building wide plumbing issues. At one point, my toilet flooded into my bathtub and my bathroom floor and toilet had to be ripped out. The issue didn't even originate in my unit. It's next to a very loud construction site, with security alarms that go off at all hours of the night and can be heard throughout the building.
