Infested with Roaches / Transient Housing I moved in a month ago and have called either the non emergency line for Phoenix police or the landlord every other day. My apartment is infested with roaches since the day I moved in. In the first hour I got the keys I saw roaches inside of the bedroom. My upstairs neighbors are extremely unclean and their patio is full of clutter and trash. Buyer beware! A shady experience in our opinion. We were shown several apartments in various states from decent to totally defaced and in disrepair. We chose our unit, paid our $50 background and $200 deposit to hold the apartment. 10 days later we were informed that our "unit" needed more time to prepare and our move-in date was delayed. Then, the leasing office informed us our unit number was changed from our original choice to, you guessed it, the unit that was a complete disaster. Classic bait and switch. My thoughts I have had a pleasant experience since moving here it has been a nice and easy transotion thus far. The nieghbors are pretty quiet for the most part and friendly I recently had delivery here which nobody touched and that says a lot in my book. Also,the staff has been helpful in anything I may need around here. If I had any complaint its that im never home to enjoy the place due to work.?? Sincerely,Kendall apt#A216
Very good service Live in this apartment about 1 year. The studio has good space. What I like most is that when you have a problem they solve it very fast and well let 's say A / C, Pest control, etc. The excellent manager as well as all the employees. We miss.

NO GFI's in any of the kitchens or bathrooms..Drains for plumbing, have to managed as delicately as a person waiting on the list waiting for a heart transplant What were 2 inch drainpipes now have very narrow openings 3/4" the lucky have 1 1/4" Management has been all over current, adversarial , laid back. to nepotism. SLUMS OF CENTRAL PHOENIX WITHIN A FEW MONTHS OF LIVING HERE, THEY CHANGED THE WHOLE FRONT OFFICE. NOTHING CHANGED! POOLS DONT WORK, AC IS TERRIBLE, AND THE HOOLIGANS THAT COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE. UNLESS YOURE A MULTIPLE FELON OR HAVE THE WORST CREDIT EVER, I WOULD AVOID. MAINTENANCE STAFF IS TERRIBLE AS WELL. THEY TRY TO BLAME YOU FOR THEIR APARTMENTS FALLING APART

Belcourt Ive lived here five years its safe but older apartments mine is outdated and they will always be shady if there are issues in the building but overall I've had no major issues
