I normally go to the city location, but since I live in Belconnen, I decided to get my nails refreshed here—and I’m so glad I did! I gave Leslie a photo for inspiration and told her to have creative freedom with the design. She absolutely smashed it! My nails turned out even better than I imagined. if i could give no stars i would. lack of cleanliness’s in supplies has caused me to have a infection on my middle finger nail. this has caused me extreme pain and discomfort. will NOT be returning.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with my acrylic nails. The overall finishing was not neat, and the final result looked rushed. The drilling around my cuticles was quite painful, and my cuticles were sore afterward. The sides of the nails were not filled properly, leaving visible gaps, and the shape wasn’t even or well-defined. I expected much better attention to detail and a cleaner finish. Sadly, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.
I had a manicure, pedicure, and spa service at Lavender Beauty Services in Belconnen Mall, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I paid $65 for the manicure and pedicure, but the quality of the service was far below my expectations. The pedicure was not done properly—there was still a lot of dead skin left on my feet, and the nail polish application was untidy and uneven. The manicure was also very poor.
