This used to be my favourite place to get my nails done. Unfortunately, the last time I visited, the gel polish started coming off within a day. I didn’t notice a base coat being applied, and although I specifically asked for gel polish and was told it would be done, the result wasn’t what I expected. No hard feelings at all—just a bit disappointed as I did spend money on the service. Thank you.I
My girlfriend booked an appointment and still we were asked to wait over an hour after the agreed time before getting her nails done because there weren’t any available staff. THEN WHATS THE POINT OF A BOOKING?!
They gave my nails rings of fire when removing them. They also shaved the top off instead of soaking them making them rough. Blue arrow shows the red indentations from grinder on nails, had to cover them with clear gel to conceal the marks.
Wonderful and friendly service from Chau! Would definitely come here again.
Overpriced. Charge to cut your cuticles even if ur getting a full set! Save ur money and go elsewhere
