I attended for a nail appointment but left before receiving the service. While I was there, I witnessed a staff member shouting at and physically striking another employee, who became visibly distressed. I do not know whether the person was the manager, but they appeared to be in a position of authority. I found the situation extremely upsetting and did not feel comfortable supporting the business, so I left. Regardless of the circumstances, it is unacceptable to treat staff in this manner. I have done a lot of nails and that always lasted me until it’s grown out from other nail studio in Perth. This is the first nail studio I tried in Canberra and I’m disappointed with the quality of the service which i paid 110 bucks for it. My ring finger nail started peeling on the third day, which suggests it may not have been applied properly. I expected better attention to detail and longer-lasting results from a professional nail service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.

Hannah is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and provides great service I always walk out of the store feeling happy and amazing thanks to Hannah! She is definitely my go to person from now on!

Nails were amazing!! KC did a great job doing the intricate designs I asked for. Everyone was really kind and chatty, I will definitely be going back.
