If I could put Zero Star Rating I would, worst experience, I have 7 burns around the bed of my nails and one deep cut and burn to my thumb. I left the salon with bleeding cuticles with zero consideration for my comfort and the pain I was feeling. Overall the tools used and the service received was unhygienic and disappointing. If you want to enjoy your time, relax and receive good quality service, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
I always get my Full Set (with polish) done by Kaycie P. and I absolutely love her work! My nails last ages and are always so delicate, just the way I like them — she is incredibly detail-oriented, a real perfectionist, and so lovely to chat with. I've had my nails done at so many places before and was never happy because the gel always ended up way too thick. Here it's a completely different experience. Highly recommend Lavender and Kaycie P.! 💅🏻
