I have been here before and generally was pleased. This time, when booking, the booking lady would not bother to look up my previous stylist. My stylist this time was Elena (Yelana?). She was rude and rough. With a clipper she hurried up in exactly 6 minutes. DID NOT WEAR A MASK. The front desk lay was like "I could not care less" when I complained
I don't really leave reviews but had to for anyone thats looking for a talented hair stylist. Since moving to Tampa I struggled to find someone to do my hair, especially my tape-ins. I can't express how amazing Elena is in putting them in my hair. They don't hurt, they last and her prices are reasonable. My touch up are always on point and she listens unlike other hair stylists when I get it cut. Just wish she would open a salon in south Tampa since it would be more convenient for me.
