Gets one star because I have to in order to comment. Deserves negative 5. Doesn't pay bills owed!! And the response below is filled with lies and I have at least 10 witnesses to prove it! This guy is the prime example of what you get here in Phillips.
Wish he would not be so busy to be able to return my phone call and actually review listings of places to rent in the area!
