I am glad I went to Belamour. Kelley is very knowledgeable, dedicated and a sweetheart. I had concerns hyperpigmentation caused by acne/sun and I wanted to do microneedling; I went for a consult first; she made sure my skin was properly prepared/ready and barrier strong before even starting the treatment. So I felt at ease. She also took the time to educated me on skin care, products and how to use/apply them bc I admit I was the worse at taking care of my skin. So thank you you definitely gain a client ☺️
Don’t book on class pass. I drive an hour to my app and they cancelled 15 min before saying they were all booked up.
Worst customer service ever. I tried to make an appointment for my wife during Mother’s Day week, and every time I reached out, they kept saying everything was booked until next week. On top of that, there was barely any response back from customer service at all. What makes it worse is when I called the actual Tampa store directly, they had plenty of available appointment times. The communication and customer service were completely unorganized and disappointing. Definitely not a good experience.
