Highly disappointed in this company’s customer service. After scheduling an appointment, the service provider texted me day of appointment to reschedule and said the staff will reach out to reschedule the appointment however no one reached out. I have called and texted several times to reschedule my appointment and instead of trying to respond and apologize for the inconvenience of the same day cancellation by their service provider they instead blocked me. I saw Genesis for a back facial and a dermaplaning facial and it was easily the best I have ever had! She went through all my concerns, goals, and educated me through each step of the process. She was extremely thorough and efficient. Another bonus was everything in this spa was so clean & inviting. I already booked my next appointment with Genesis. The owner, Kelley, was also so kind and the communication has been amazing! They just earned a new customer for life and I will recommend this place to anyone & everyone! 🩷
