Don’t book on class pass. I drive an hour to my app and they cancelled 15 min before saying they were all booked up.
Worst customer service ever. I tried to make an appointment for my wife during Mother’s Day week, and every time I reached out, they kept saying everything was booked until next week. On top of that, there was barely any response back from customer service at all. What makes it worse is when I called the actual Tampa store directly, they had plenty of available appointment times. The communication and customer service were completely unorganized and disappointing. Definitely not a good experience.
Loved this place
I had such an amazing experience this morning! I went in after having an accident that left my eyebrow looking uneven and honestly a bit damaged, and she completely transformed my look. I couldn’t believe the difference, she truly changed the way my eyes look in the best way possible! Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also so caring and attentive.
