Unprofessional and Unethical. 1 hr into a 2 hr window for loading, the truck and 1 mover had not yet arrived. Mr. Kapoor himself was that additional mover and truck driver. A huge waste of my time and the movers who actually showed up to do the work. After a lot of discussions with EVERYONE involved, we decided the job could not be completed without the booked resources…. And we had already wasted a lot of time calling / following up/ waiting. These guys are big scammers, they asked us to pay 50% upfront. This was a red flag but I still went ahead with them. They loaded 2 appliances of a 4 bedroom house into the truck and demanded to pay whole amount to get them delivered. Since they know the cost of appliances loaded is way higher than what the agreement of moving was. They wanted to cheat using my desperation to get my 2 appliances bac. They are very rude and here to cheat.
