After calling this property management company and eventually getting through, I had a few questions and got immediately cut off and was told to email all queries. The person on the phone couldn't even be bothered to hear me out. What is the point in having a phone number if you can't even answer any of the questions? If the management company is like this at this stage of the renting process, imagine having to actually go through with them as a renter.
