This place is horrible the front office staff is not very good, you will get harassing letters from attorneys if you violate any small part of their rules as they also demand that issues be handled immediately. this place needs to be renamed Karen the ruler knotzis trailer park. I wouldn’t recommend living here. There are quite a few empty homes for sale, which is concerning. In my experience, the management is very strict and often issues notices for things like weeds, small items on your property, or anything they consider out of compliance. The communication and overall treatment from management have felt unprofessional at times, and some residents—including myself—have felt singled out or pressured rather than supported.
