I lived here for two years, and I am so lucky to have found the Belaire Gardens Apartments. The management really cares about this place and puts in the work to maintain an exceptional environment for tenants. Maintenance is always completed in a timely and professional manner. It's also a lovely, queer-friendly community with great neighbors, a beautiful courtyard, and a great location. I'll always look back fondly on these apartments.
I’ve lived at Belaire Gardens for over a year now, and I have loved it! The management is super responsive, kind, and accommodating, every time we’ve needed help they’ve fixed the problem within a day. Our apartment is so cozy, and we’re very happy here. All of my neighbors are such lovely people, and there’s a great sense of community! The location is also amazing, I am a student at the U and there’s a bus stop in front of the apartment.
