Belaire Garden Apartments is simply the best! The owner landlords are local, kind and involved in curating a lovely community! The courtyard is beautiful and meticulously kept with flowers and trees and 20 - 50 quail, on any day, even the occasional deer. Repairs and questions are handled quickly by the onsite manager., who is lovely. The other tenants are friendly and on any given day can be found enjoying coffee in the courtyard together, reading or playing guitar. I love this place. Moved because we bought. But this is such a sweet location to rent. Clean, friendly. The neighborhood, the neighbors. All sweet and quiet. A little unpredictable but very peaceful. The management is very responsive and the groundskeeper is very talented. Love this place.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. The gardener and maintenance man were so kind and quick and responsive. However, I found myself truly disappointed and alarmed at the behavior of the landlords. Our unit was near the maintenence room— I have never heard grown men speak to someone the way they routinely did to the building's staff. Our interactions with them were unilaterally unpleasant and demeaning, significantly moreso for my wife. In our opinion they are bullies who wield their position of power in the worst ... read more
