Had a new hot water heater installed. The 2 techs who installed were about to leave when I asked them to clean up the mess they made on the laundry room floor -- they asked if I had a broom and I told them "no"; one remarked he would have to go to the store to buy a broom for clean up and then came back in from the truck with a vacuum to clean up.I DID NOT NOTICE UNTIL AFTER THEY HAD LEFT THAT ONE OF THEM HAD USED THE BATHROOM AND LEFT URINE AROUND THE COMMODE!!!!
2 years unit. Broke 3 times. Highly disappointed. Techs aren’t knowledgeable
