We have been taking our big boy, Chuck (English Mastiff) to BelaCoop for almost 2 years and I absolutely LOVE them! They are always willing to answer any questions, and I have many, and I never feel rushed or like I’m being an annoyance. On Saturday Dr. L found a Mast Cell Tumor on Chuck and he was in surgery on Tuesday with Dr. Stoller. I’m so thankful they were able to get him into surgery sooner than later and hopefully catch this before it gets worse. I have full confidence in them with my baby. We had our first visit last week and it was great. The staff was so friendly and nice! They were so nice to my dog. One of the techs even say on the floor and played with him. He also has food allergies and opened a bag of food for him as a treat! The only bad thing is that they are 1hr and 10mins away from me. I will definitely be traveling because they were great!
