I recently had a massage by Ronelle. It was amazing! He found every muscle knot and worked them all out. I have been more pain free over the past week than I have in several years. I will be a regular, for sure!
Dr. Jeff is the absolute best! My first visit, they took x-rays, which was a first, but I was happy they were taking my health seriously before making adjustments. I learned the curvature of my neck could need frequent adjustments from either a previous accident, or even just day to day tasks of sitting on a computer.
