This is my second or third 5 star review. It's been a few years since I switched to Belmetric and they continue to exceed expectations every time. Fast shipping, perfect packaging and amazing customer service. I recenlty used an old address by accident and they handled the entire process of getting it returned and sent to my correct address even though it was 100% my mistake. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Great assortment of quality hardware you can’t find anywhere. Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to dig deep to find you what you need. Highly recommend.
I ordered the wrong size 9mm width hose clamps... Called to exchange and they said the shipping (I paid $8.19 shipping for 4 hose clamps) would be too expensive to return them...and so they could not issue a return... I asked if they could cut me a deal for the new order and he said no. I wish I could leave a better review, but, as it stands, I can't.
