I have been dealing with them for 23 years and have had the BEST of service from them. I would highly recommend using them.
Marc, the owner, is rude and disrespectful. Run, don’t walk away from ever having them do anything for your. Plenty of other options out there.
Been doing business with them for almost 20 years. They kept my old system going as long as it was feasible, then in 2006 installed a new one which still runs great. They are top notch and I highly recommend.
Stay away. They installed our package AC unit too close to our house which meant that they had to put 90° kinks in the inlet/outlet ducts - which compressed the ducts by more than 50% (Rheem tech support stated that our unit uses 18" ducts but Bel-Mar connected it to 14" ducts). Now the unit freezes solid from low cfm airflow. They added a freeze switch to mask this bad installation problem, until we figured out why our thermostat would repeatedly stop talking to the AC unit - the freeze switch cuts power to the Nest thermos... read more
