Perfect – In my experience, furniture stores hardly ever deliver everything they say, so I was a little skeptical when I first went to Bel. But they have been true to all their claims and then some. Thanks for restoring my confidence

Horrible!!!!! – Absolutely horrible experience! Purchased a full set of furniture on 1/6/2010. Today is 3/29/2010 and still have not received it. We were told max 4-6 weeks for delivery. I've been given the run around so many times. Been given several delivery dates and still nothing! The sales guy at Bel even took it upon himself to change our order after we had already paid. He changed our recliner from a rocker/electric recliner to just a rocker recliner. The customer service has told me sooooo many lies. Constantly blami... read more

terrible, terrible, terrible – I purchased a dining room set in October, 2009. It was late arriving, then was missing 2 of the 8 chairs and the table was damaged. It was obvious someone had attempted to "correct" the damage but it was very visible. I've now been trying to get a refund for approximately 4 months and can't even get them to return calls. They are rated "F" by the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had researched more before purchasing. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. They are horrible. Family run so... read more
