My girlfriend and I recently moved to Webster, where I will be stationed for the next year. We’re from Michigan and didn't want to bring our old furniture, but we also didn't want to live in an empty house for months. My girlfriend found Bel Furniture through Facebook and easily ordered a house full of furniture, set to arrive the day after we did. Not only was it cheaper than we expected, but the furniture is awesome and was on time. We couldn't ask for more!

My Boyfriend and I just got back from our trip to the Bel Furniture Super Store in Webster. We went to check out their Memorial Day sale after I saw it posted on Facebook. I was half-expecting to find tons of stuff on sale, just not the stuff I wanted, but I was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Even though we just went in for a couch, we ended up buying the whole set because it was such a good deal.

BEWARE seniors on soc. sec are SCAMMED – I gott sectional legs broke off after 2 months, they said insurance only good on rips. i called and called and the customer service, agent never called back. on the 11th day i asked for cust. service number and they gave wrong number., which I called 3 times no answer. I again called the store HE accused me of jumping on it. he gave me the same wrong #. which I called no answer. Huge savings – I bought my 7yr. old daughter a new bedroom set from Bel Furniture when they had their coupon sale going on. The savings were huge but the excitement my daughter felt when we brought her home to her new room was priceless. Now she loves spending time in her room, and getting her to bed on time has never been easier!

AVOID! X 1000!!!!! – THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE MOST HORRID PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE. REP TOLD ME MONDAY DELIVERY. DIDN'T EVEN HEAR FROM THEM UNTIL I CALLED THEM ON TUESDAY ASKING WHERE MY FURNITURE WAS. THEY SAID IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND WOULD GET THERE ON THURSDAY. I WAS UPSET AND DIDN'T WANT THE FURNITURE ANYMORE AND REQUESTED A REFUND SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT. awesome – I was having a Super Bowl party and realized I couldn't have guests over to stare at an ugly entertainment center. So I went to Bel Furniture, and they not only had the perfect entertainment center, they threw in an HDTV for free!
