JUST YESTERDAY I CALL LILLANEY OFFICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT 2-20PM. ONE LADY PICKUP MY PHONE AND TAKE MY PHONE NO AND TOLD ME SHE WILL CALL BACK. BUT STILL NOW SHE DID NOT CALL. MY QUESTION HOW YOU GIVE PEOPLE GOOD SERVICE. THIS IS SIGN OF GOOD SERVICE. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR OFFICE AND GO HOME. DON'T GIVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS BAD SERVICE. I NEVER PREPARE TO YOU ANY PEOPLE FOR YOUR OFFICE BAD SERVICE. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR OFFICE PERMANENTLY AND TELL YOUR OFFICE STUFF TO GO HOME AND SLEEP PERMANENTLY.
