Apartments seem good i lived here for 18 months they do not uphold there own policy of people cleaning up after their pets parking permits are more optional than not. Noise ordinance is not upheld we had to call the police multiple times for excessive noise at midnight or later. When we did move out they charged us 1200 dollars for cleaning and new carpets even though the carpet was in perfect condition. For a first apartment this was 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Absolutely awful experience living here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Management is incredibly unprofessional and flat-out rude. Any time I brought up legitimate concerns — especially about constant noise and the strong smell of marijuana coming from neighboring units — I was brushed off like I was the problem. DO NOT rent here. The apartments are nice but they will lie and mislead you. The "free month" with lease is absolutely a mislead. They bury you in FEES that they hide in a small posting at their office. With misdirects under "No DEPOSITS". I was a prospective tenant, my first experience was with Janet. We had scheduled a viewing of the apartment after paying to reserve it, and confirming the appointment. Very distasteful experience that we had with the office. We toured and applied and they took two weeks, just to end up with an attitude that we kept checking up on our application. Quite literally the most unprofessional leasing office that I've ever experienced. Very sad because these homes are beautiful.
