There is a dog park-nice bonus! But the negatives. Not everyone is courteous with using the community facilities. If their dog poops they DO NOT clean it up. I bought the pooper scooper that is currently in the building. I religiously walked around every time i went out there and cleaned up. I walked through the complex with my dog. Nobody cleaned up their poop so if i had a bag i cleaned it up but again this is other people not cleaning up after their own pets.
