Austin was supposed to come by to get measurements on August 3 but never showed up or even had the decency to even text or call that he was not coming, we text him and he said he would come the next day which he did show up and was very nice and said he would text us the square footage in 3 hours which never happened here it is August 14th and still we have not heard a word back, so needless to say we are going with another company as we want ti get our supplies ordered and work started the last week in August. After a severe hail storm in spring 2025, I hired Bel-Aire Home Improvement to complete exterior repairs including roof, gutters, siding, and windows. I was promised completion by fall 2025. It is now almost 2026, and only the roof has been completed. Communication has been consistently poor. I’ve been given the runaround for months, experienced long periods with no updates, and have been stood up multiple times after being told they would be onsite and that someone needed to be home. Had been looking for roofing quotes to get a roof fixed. Called Bel-Aire to get a quote to compare different options. Told them I was looking at getting a quote to get multiple different options with local businesses, was told that if I wanted a quote then they better be the ones to get the job. Didn't know that giving quotes meant you were required to pick them... To say the least I didn't choose them and was treated poorly when I didn't.
