After a severe hail storm in spring 2025, I hired Bel-Aire Home Improvement to complete exterior repairs including roof, gutters, siding, and windows. I was promised completion by fall 2025. It is now almost 2026, and only the roof has been completed. Communication has been consistently poor. I’ve been given the runaround for months, experienced long periods with no updates, and have been stood up multiple times after being told they would be onsite and that someone needed to be home. Had been looking for roofing quotes to get a roof fixed. Called Bel-Aire to get a quote to compare different options. Told them I was looking at getting a quote to get multiple different options with local businesses, was told that if I wanted a quote then they better be the ones to get the job. Didn't know that giving quotes meant you were required to pick them... To say the least I didn't choose them and was treated poorly when I didn't. I wouldn't recommend for the simple fact that the quote they did provide was overprice... read more
