Great Service The service has always been outstanding from Bel-Aire, the service men are here on time and there isn't a long wait to get someone out here. The workers are friendly and helpful in explaining our needs and give us recommendations to maintain our furnace/central air unit making repairs less expensive.
When we had a problem a service tech came right out. Could not identify a problem at the time. Then the furnace really was not working and again came right out. This time it needed a blower motor. We waited two weeks for the motor. When that came they included a housing for it and we did not need that. Had the motor put in then the circuit board that relays to the thermostat went out. Got that fixed. Now however it sounds like a car running in our basement. Have contacted Bel air but no response. Needless to say not too sati... read more
