hey call 911 if you gi to apt to ask how ling it will take or when things will be fixed This is worst thing I have seen so far, we still living in the hotel and spending on food eating somewhere, not able to send kids to schools yet. They tell as if they are doing charity, no water yet its almost 2 weeks nearly. They are not ready to clearly even wave off rent.. Worst experience with this apartment. It's very old apartment, after this is snow storm we don't have water from 10days. With kids we are suffering so much,and staying at hotel, without proper food,it's been nightmare for us. It's like mentally and psychological torture for us. Worst experience we are having staying at this place.

Worst experience we are having staying at this apartment. With kids we have to think twice before moving into this apartment. After this snow storm water stopped working from 10days. We are staying at hotel without home and still the problem isn't fixed.
