Made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle which was overpriced to begin with. Even though I made an appointment, the salesman could answer any basic questions about the car so obviously hadn't prepared for our appointment. When I asked him what was included aside from the mandatory safety, he said "nothing". When I tried to negotiate the price he said "our prices are non negotiable." Are you kidding me??? I was ready to purchase today, no financing needed.
