Hello I live in Aspire Independence Apartments in Plano Tx. Which formerly known as Bel Air Ranch! Currently I have a rat in my bathroom! When I went to speak to the leasing agent, she called maintenance, which said this was not an emergency, pest control was closed and they basically said there was nothing they could do. We found rat droppings and rat poisoning under our kitchen stove( which was there before we moved in) we’ve only been in the apartments, in Dallas Texas for 2 months.
