Leasing office is helpful, no bugs, internet options are very lacking for 2025. Only AT&T through the wall at very slow speeds, like 17MBps, so think about a tenth the speed of gigabit for the same price. If they’d upgrade the internet options I’d stay long term.
Beautiful apartments but they charged me two late fees when I paid on time both in July and August. I paid on time and have proof from my bank and a confirmation email. Even though I talked to the supervisor to get it resolved, They are forcing me to pay these fees. Not right
Do NOT pay attention to these 4 and 5 star reviews. They ask you to make reviews about them when you first move in so you can make them look like a great apartment complex. They dont want people to see the bad reviews. You can get in a raffle with them if you give them a review. I lived here for a couple months and they have LIED and have put me through hell trying to get documents to prove THEIR mistakes. Very quick the technical service
Came in and they lied and over exaggerated the process . She told me I had 24 hours to apply but a few days to submit payments . They only did this to try to rush and get someone to apply or fill the vacancies. Don’t lie to potential tenants….
