For the most part I have enjoyed living here. The location has been great for me. They have changed hands twice since I've been here and although receptive there have been challenges along the way. They claim to have 24 hour security patrol and they don't. They clean the hallways with gas leaf blowers which blows stuff under your door and they love to blow dust and leaves all around your parked car under the carports. Firstly, take a look at the positive reviews - many are from years ago, when this apartment was called the Link on Maple and was owned by a different management company. Lisa, the apartment manager some reviews praise, is definitely no longer running things here. Cecilia, her successor, is also definitely not here anymore. Filter out these old positive reviews and this apartment’s rating looks wayyyyy lower than where it is now. Leasing office is helpful, no bugs, internet options are very lacking for 2025. Only AT&T through the wall at very slow speeds, like 17MBps, so think about a tenth the speed of gigabit for the same price. If they’d upgrade the internet options I’d stay long term.

Beautiful apartments but they charged me two late fees when I paid on time both in July and August. I paid on time and have proof from my bank and a confirmation email. Even though I talked to the supervisor to get it resolved, They are forcing me to pay these fees. Not right
