Very quick the technical service
Came in and they lied and over exaggerated the process . She told me I had 24 hours to apply but a few days to submit payments . They only did this to try to rush and get someone to apply or fill the vacancies. Don’t lie to potential tenants….
I chose this place purely because it was close to parkland where I work and I was new to the city. I lived here for 7 years because I am a low maintenance person and did not mind an occasional cockroach or once a total homeless person who just opened my apartment door while I was inside. I just wanted to avoid the hassle of moving. During this time the management changed and things got worse when it changed from the link on maple to the bel air on maple but once again, I was mostly working so did not care. Super dirty. They don't powerwash any of the hallways, stairs. Broken glass everywhere, stains, dog throw up. The apartments themselves are really nice but they need to maintain the grounds. It's gross and a hazard for small children.
