DONT MOVE HERE! 0 STARS!! I've lived here since 2022 and its been a NIGHTMARE the whole time here. I'd rather live in a hotel at this point. 1. ROACHES 2. NO PARKING EVER, if you pay $40 for a reserved spot..they will not repaint the reserved numbers if they are fading, people park in your reserved spot and then you can't tow them bc the tow company can't read the reserved numbers! Worst place I ever lived. When I first moved there in 2018 it was GREAT!!! Angelica and Juliana were the agents at the time and they went above and beyond! Then in 2020-2024 they got all new staff and the place became under kept. Roach infested, mold infested, parties all through the day and night , no parking, car break ins! My car was towed 5 times total living here. Literally was the worst experience of my life. Major clog, toilet over filled over night, water every where, bath tub had water rising from the drain nearly spilt over the edge of tub over night.. Spent 2 days constantly using a wet vac to suck the rising water from tub and dumping it(not to mention the foul smell of the water). No emergency maintenance would answer text or calls. Not even show up for a work order about ceiling leaking in 3 different spots. Luckily cms came out on the 2nd day to fix the clog. But the leaks remain. Never have hot water there’s roaches out the ass office management I never in there. They don’t know how to keep anybody employed. Definitely don’t recommend living here.
Hot water takes awhile to heat. Laundry room is terrible.
