I submitted an application. They make you pay a $300 security deposit with it no matter what. I was approved and chose not to do a lease after further research. They now say they get yo keep the security deposit. So you lose it if you are denied or approved regardless - if this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. They had already leased the apartment I applied for so getting an application is just a money making scheme.
